Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

• We deliver within Germany and to selected European countries.
• Your order is usually processed within 1-2 business days after successful receipt of payment.
• The usual delivery time is about 2-5 business days depending on the destination country.
• Shipping costs are displayed in the checkout and depend on the delivery address and shipping method.
• As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If available, this will also include tracking.

Shipping Conditions

• Please check your shipping address carefully for completeness and accuracy before completing your order.
• We cannot accept liability for delays or misdeliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
• If a shipment is returned to us due to undeliverable address data, the costs of a new shipment can be charged.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. You can register items for return within 14 days of receipt.

• The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and if possible in the original packaging.
• Please include an order confirmation or invoice so that we can clearly assign the return.
• Personalized or individually manufactured products are excluded from return, unless there is a statutory warranty case.

Return Process

3. 3Then send the goods back to us packed securely for transport.

Refund

• After receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the status of your return by email.
• Upon successful inspection, the refund usually takes place within 7-10 business days to the originally used payment method.
• Shipping costs are generally not refunded, except for incorrectly delivered or faulty items.

Costs of Return

• The direct costs of the return are generally borne by the buyer.
• We will bear the return costs in the event of defective goods or an incorrect delivery.
