- The charge or payment confirmation must be successfully completed before an order is processed further.

Refund & Return
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and if possible complete in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase in the form of an order confirmation or invoice is required.
How to Request a Refund

Items Excluded from Return or Exchange
- Items that are returned used, damaged, or incomplete, unless the defect was caused by us.

Processing the Refund
After receiving your return, we check the goods and inform you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
- If approved, we will refund the amount within 7-10 business days to the originally used payment method.
- Any differing processing times of your payment provider or your bank are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- The return costs are generally borne by the customer.
- If an item was delivered correctly or an incorrect delivery is present, we will bear the return costs.
